General Return Policy
CakeAccessoryPlace only permits exchanges of all non- edible items within 24 Business hours as long as the item is received in the pristine purchased condition and packaging. For items purchased from the craft shop, CakeAccessoryPlace does not permit returns or exchanges.
We however have applied some diligence in ensuring our esteemed customers purchase exactly what they have picked to purchase via any of our mediums.
- We ensure that all details, description and prices appearing alongside our products are accurate and comprehensive.
- We put in place Total Quality Management (TQM) procedures that also ensure that goods delivered are in great shape and undamaged. Therefore, CakeAccessoryPlace will not be held responsible for any damages caused while on transit.
Be confident in your purchase by thoroughly going through product descriptions before going ahead with a purchase on this site and our other channels.
In the event of a return, the customer will be fully responsible for the delivery cost of items being returned to our Store. Also, items previously returned and exchanged cannot be exchanged a second time.
Sale, Discounted and Clearance items cannot be returned for store credit.
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT
- Ensure item(s) is in pristine condition.

- Schedule pick up after payment of the return trip to our store.
