CakeAccessoryPlace will be willing to refund Customers for items returned (non-edible items only) as long as items are received in pristine condition.
Our Refund offerings are in three categories
1. If the item has left the store and it’s either on its way to be delivered to you or you have received the item and would like to return it, This refund shall be LESS 5% ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGE of the cost of Items returned.
2. If the item has left the store and it’s either on its way to be delivered to you or you have received the item and would like to return it and have it exchanged, you would either be paying a balance payment if any or the balance after exchange if any will be kept in your wallet for future transactions. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS IN THIS CASE. However, if you insist, a refund will be made LESS 5% ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGE of the cost of Items returned.
3. If an order has been placed and processed but is yet to be dispatched and you would like to cancel after you have paid on the website, a refund shall be made LESS flutterwave transaction fees and 5% ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGE.
We DO NOT offer full refunds for items that are simply unwanted by the customer due to a change of mind. All refunds if insisted on are LESS 5% ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGE
Finally, If a customer decides against a refund, the total amount shall be credited to your Wallet which can be used in subsequent future purchases.
