CapCraftShop Terms & Policies

1. Design Fees Are Non-Refundable

All design fees cover our time, creativity, and expertise and are strictly non-refundable, even if the final design is not used.

2. Provide Clear Instructions

For the best results, please be descriptive and detailed when placing your order. Attach reference images, themes, colors, or inspiration photos if you have any.

3. Intellectual Property & Design Usage

All designs remain the intellectual property of CapCraftShop. They are intended for the exclusive use of the client and project for which they were created.

• Designs must not be replicated, distributed, or taken to another vendor for production.

• If you wish to use our designs elsewhere, a licensing fee will apply. Please notify us ahead of time.

4. Turnaround Time

The standard turnaround time for most orders is 5–7 working days, depending on the complexity of your request. Rush orders (if they can be accommodated) may attract an additional fee.

5. Cancellation Policy

Once payment has been made and design work has begun, cancellations will not be accepted.
If you cancel before any work has commenced, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion. Refunds will not include design or consultation fees.

6. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of:

• Breach of agreement

• Misuse of our intellectual property

• Unreasonable or disrespectful behavior
