CakeAccessoryPlace provides doorstep delivery services within Lagos, Nigeria, as well as to select locations outside Lagos state.

For all orders, please ensure that the address you provide is accurate and complete, as CakeAccessoryPlace cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses or for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur.

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days following payment confirmation. Please note that all shipments are handled by third-party logistics providers.

Pickup Days:

We operate a pickup service on Mondays to Fridays. Pick up time is 10:00am – 3:00pm.

INTERSTATE DELIVERIES

Interstate orders are sent to our logistics partners 2 times in a week (TUE/WED & FRI). After your order is processed* and a tracking number is provided, interstate deliveries typically take 3-5/7 business days. Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the package. You may be contacted for additional payment if the delivery fee exceeds the amount initially charged. While some locations offer doorstep delivery, others may require pickup from designated offices.

– Tracking numbers/Waybill numbers are provided after packages have been processed* by the logistics company.

– ABC Cargo Express takes 5 to 7 days or more and doesn’t offer home deliveries. View ABC Cargo pickup locations HERE.

– GIG Logistics takes 3 to 5 business days and offer home deliveries in some locations. It takes 5 to 7 business days during festivities such as Christmas, Easter, Eid, Valentines, etc. Please order early to avoid delays. View GIGL office locations HERE.

Large Shipments:

  • Within Lagos: Large shipments, which are too bulky or heavy for standard motorcycle delivery, will be handled by Uber, Bolt, or you can schedule for a pickup.
  • Outside Lagos: Large shipments will be managed as terminal pickups, even if home delivery was indicated. This means you will need to collect your shipment from a designated office.

Definitions:

  • Large Shipments: Items that exceed the size or weight limits for standard motorcycle delivery.
  • Terminal Pickup: A designated office address where you will be required to collect your shipment.
