We require a minimum of 5 BUSINESS DAYS' notice for all orders, and up to 14 BUSINESS DAYS for customized toppers/products. Please review available dates carefully when placing your order. If you are ordering cake accessories in addition to products from our shop and need immediate shipping for the accessories, a separate delivery fee will apply. ALL Items/products will be dispatched upon completion of your order. We operate on weekdays only and do not process orders or ship on weekends or nationally declared public holidays.
