We require at least 5 BUSINESS DAYS’ notice for all orders and up to 14 BUSINESS DAYS for customized toppers and products. Bulk or large orders may require additional time, which will be communicated at the time of ordering. Please review available dates carefully before placing your order.

If you’re ordering cake accessories along with other products and need immediate shipping for the accessories, a separate delivery fee will apply. All items (accessories & crafted) will be dispatched together upon order completion.

We operate weekdays only and do not process orders or ship on weekends or nationally declared public holidays.
