We require a minimum of 5 BUSINESS DAYS' notice for all orders, and up to 14 BUSINESS DAYS for customized toppers/products. Please review available dates carefully when placing your order. Christmas ornament preorders are open now through November 22, 2024! All Christmas orders will ship between Nov 25th and Dec 13th. Please note that we’ll stop taking orders for the year on December 5th and close December 20th, 2024.

If you are ordering cake accessories in addition to products from our shop and need immediate shipping for the accessories, a separate delivery fee will apply. ALL Items/products will be dispatched upon completion of your order. We operate on weekdays only and do not process orders or ship on weekends or nationally declared public holidays.
