By accessing and making use of this website (CakeAccessoryPlace.com) to place an order with us, you are subject to the following terms and conditions.
The Terms and Conditions may be changed or updated by CakeAccessoryPlace from time to time and without prior notice. We will indicate at the top of the Terms and Conditions the date on which they were last updated and any use of the site following such a change assumes acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
In using the site you agree that you:

PRESENTATION, PRICING AND AVAILABILITY OF GOODS
We always aim to ensure that all details, description and prices appearing on this website are accurate.
When we have made an error in the price of an item on our site, we reserve the right to withdraw this item from sale at this price and present it at the correct price. If you have placed an order at the incorrect price, we will inform you of the error and give you the opportunity to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel the order.
All items sold are subject to availability and while every effort is made to fulfill your order, some of our hot selling products turn over very quickly in our warehouse and on rare occasions the item you require may not be available although you have received a confirmation of your order. We will advise you by email if we have to cancel your order for this reason, and your payment will be kept in credit.
ACCOUNTS
If you are provided with a User ID, Password or other information as part of our procedures, it is your responsibility to treat such information as confidential and not disclose it to third parties. CakeAccessoryPlace reserves the right to disable any User ID or Password either chosen by you or allocated by CakeAccessoryPlace in the event that CakeAccessoryPlace believes you may have failed to comply with the Terms and Conditions herein. You are entirely responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account.
Furthermore, you must notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or account. CakeAccessoryPlace shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, in any way for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of, or in connection with, your failure to comply with this section.
PAYMENT
All prices are exclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition to the product price and included in the total cost. Any additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the total cost.
For items purchased via our other channels, payment validates order processing and must be done within our business hours. In the event that a customer does not make payment against his/her invoice within our business hours, all items will be made available for purchase to other customers as CakeAccessoryPlace does not reserve items that are unpaid for after close of business.
All payments made against the purchases/services provided on this site are in Nigeria Naira. CakeAccessoryPlace does not accept any other form of currency with respect to any purchase made on this site.
DELIVERY
We deliver our products within Nigeria. We shall make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time schedules set out on our website or as communicated. However delays are occasionally inevitable due to a number of unforeseen factors. We shall not be under any liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timeline where the delay does not occur due to any fault or negligence on our part.
For all orders, please make sure that the address that you provide (via manual entry) is where you would like to have your package sent. CakeAccessoryPlace is NOT responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This agreement constitutes the whole agreement between the parties and supersedes all previous agreements between the parties relating to its subject matter. Each party acknowledges that, in entering into this agreement, they have not relied on, and shall have no right or remedy in respect of, any statement, representation, assurance or warranty (whether made negligently or innocently) other than as expressly set out in this agreement. These terms and conditions govern our relationship with you. Any changes must be in writing and signed by both parties.
