1. How do I place an order?

Shop using our website – www.cakeaccessoryplace.com/shop.

Alternatively, send us a direct message (DM) on Instagram or use the link in our Instagram BIO to chat with us on WhatsApp.

2. How can I cancel my order?

Orders cannot be canceled once payment has been made.

You can change your order within 24hrs of placing the order by reaching our customer service.

For our craft items, orders cannot be canceled once payment has been made. All items except readily available cake toppers and décor are made to order i.e personalized. Ensure you carefully input details correctly when placing your order.

3. How long does it take to process and order before it is dispatched?

It takes 24 – 48 hours after payment is confirmed.For items from our craft shop, products will be made just for you! Prep time varies for all items in our store. We require a minimum of 48 hours (after payment confirmation) for some of our cake toppers. Read shop announcements and product descriptions or contact the shop to find out when it will ship.

4. Can I return an item or get a refund?

For all products in our craft shop, we do not accept returns or offer exchanges. All items are handmade and tailored to you. We also do not offer any kind of refunds on any of our craft store items but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

For Items bought from our Mother store – CakeAccessoryPlace, We DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. If you return a product ( THE RETURNEE COVERS COSTS OF RETURNS), as long as it is received in the purchased condition, we will ONLY offer exchanges within 24HOURS

If the item is damaged upon return, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT NOR MAKE ANY CHANGES

6. I want to place a customized order that is not available on your website. How do I go about it?

For custom topper orders or any other product of interest, please fill the order form (Click here) and a representative will get back to you within 24 business hours.

7. Do you deliver outside of Lagos, Nigeria?

Yes, we do.

We deliver to 87 locations cut across 29 out of 36 states in Nigeria.

The locations include: Aba (ABA), Abakaliki (ABL), Abeokuta (ABK), Abuja (ABV), Ado Ekiti, Akure (AKE), Asaba (ASA), Auchi (AUC), Awka (AWK), Bauchi, Benin (BNI), Calabar (CBQ), Enugu (ENU), Ekpoma (EKP), Ibadan (IBA), Ilorin (ILR), Jos (JOS), Kano (KAN), Kaduna (KAD), Lafia, Lokoja, Makurdi (MDI), Minna (MNA), Ogbomosho, Osogbo (OSO), Onitsha (ONA), Owerri (ORI), Port Harcourt (PHC), Sango Ota (OTA), Umuahia (UHA), Uyo (UYO), Warri (QRW), Yenagoa (YEN), and Zaria (ZRI).

 

All shipments are sent to GIGL receiving stations for collection.

8. Do you offer doorstep deliveries outside Lagos, Nigeria?

Yes, we deliver to 17 locations (Lagos inclusive).

We partner with GIG logistics to bring our products to you. The following locations are covered for home delivery; should your items exceed a size that fits into a standard dispatch box, you would have to pick up at a designated receiving station.

9. What is the charge for Interstate deliveries?

The charge is determined by factors such as Location and Weight.

10. How long does it take to get my package?

Within Lagos state: 1 – 2 business days

Outside Lagos state: 3 – 7 business days

During festive seasons such as Valentines, Easter and Christmas, it may take a little longer than usual as they are peak delivery periods.

 

We also do not dispatch items on nationally observed public holidays or weekends.

11. Do you accept cash on delivery?

No, we do not. Payment validates order processing.

12. Do you have a pick up location?

Yes we do

2, Sunshine Avenue, Orisumbare off Ifelodun Street.  Orisumbare is in Akowonjo, after Shasha, or Ejigbo or Idimu. Depends on where you would be coming from.

We are available for pickup from 10am to 3pm only Mondays – Fridays except on public holidays and any other day communicated on our social media platforms

13. For Bank transfer option, how long do I have to make my transfer before my order is cancelled?

As long as there is inventory for the items on the website at the time of checkout, any time is fine. However, do not round up or approximate figures. If the payment says N58,959.76 please pay N58,959.76. Do not feel the need to pay N59,000 or N58,960.

If you place an order via any other platform, your invoice is only valid for that business day and is automatically discarded if we do not get payments against that invoice before the close of business.
